ENGLEWOOD BEACH YOGA is 8:30 am Every Day. Including holidays. a 1 hour class
Sun Salutations 30 minute class is offered on Tuesday & Thursday at 7:45am
Sunset Yoga is on Wednesday times varies.

Morning yoga eases the transition from the sleeping to the waking state and prepares you for whatever may come your way throughout the day.
All Beach Yoga Classes are a Sliding Scale Fee of $3-5
This fee provides Loving Light Yoga to pay the vendor fee to Charlotte County, Insurance and Equipment and provides yoga to families that may not be able to afford it.
All are welcome, this is a beginner friendly class.
