Let's Eat, Englewood

September 12th to September 26th

Let's Eat, EnglewoodInformation

The Englewood Florida Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce our 5th Annual Restaurant Week Promotion, Let’s Eat! Englewood planned for September 12 – September 26, 2019.

We are hoping this year will be even more successful than last year. It is estimated that this event has generated over $300,000 in business for participating restaurants. Our goal is to increase business for your restaurant during what would typically be a slower time of the year, along with building brand awareness for Englewood, FL as a culinary destination.

If you are interested in participating in our 2019 Restaurant Week, please fill out the form and return it no later than August 10, 2019. The sooner we receive your registration materials, the sooner your restaurant name will appear on our Restaurant Week website: www.LetsEatEnglewood.com.

This year’s promotion will be a standard 3-course prix fixed menu with dinner for $25 and 2-course prix fixed lunch menu for $13.

In addition to the prix fixed menu, feel free to offer “upgrades” to the $13 (lunch) and $25 (dinner) menus in an effort to encourage diners to go above those price points. (Examples could be to add a beverage, wine flights, or upgrades to the meal served.)

The Englewood Florida Chamber of Commerce Tourism Assembly has been working hard to ensure this program is successful and is working with many partners including local hotels, restaurants and the staffs at the Charlotte Harbor Convention & Visitors Bureau, Visit Sarasota County, and the Englewood Community Redevelopment Area (CRA).

A robust marketing plan … to include, but not limited to: a street banner stretching over SR 776, posters and rack cards distributed throughout the area as well as newspaper & magazine advertisements … is being created.

We look forward to receiving your confirmation letter for your participation. We do ask that you showcase one dish of your choosing at the V.I.P. Kick-off / Media Event, as your first opportunity of promoting your business. We are excited to build upon last year’s success with greater participation this year!

Executive Director

“People are loving it, talking about where they want to go to try, where they’ve been and how fun this all is. My servers even noticed that tips where extremely high, probably because everyone is getting such a great deal.”… Marie Laforge (Mango Bistro)
“Let’s Eat was a success for us! We served about 700 Lets Eat meals in that two week time frame. It was about 60/40. (60% Lunch 40% Dinner) The feedback from our customers was great. They really appreciated it. The staff loved it also. We got to meet new people and were able to introduce all that we offer to them as well. It was also great meeting all the other restauranteurs here in our great community. Looking very forward to next year.”… Sue Atamanchuk (Lock ‘n Key)
