Advanced technology and social media skills
A learning-based mindset & a servant hearted
Ability to keep an open mind when dealing with situations they may or may not have dealt with before
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Facebook, Instagram & more
Experience with graphic design
Excellent written and oral communication skills that can cater to a variety of audiences
Superb communication and telephone skills
Creative and has an eye for Branding & Marketing
Loyal, hardworking behind the scenes type person who always follows through and focuses on meeting deadlines
Must enjoy talking on the phone
Real Estate Background not necessary. Hospitality background a plus.

Job description/Responsibilities:
Assisting the team in production, Marketing, Posting on Social Media on a regular basis, Administrative Tasks, Communicating with clients and the team members on a constant basis, Data entry, Work closely with the Director of Operations to ensure team is progressing in the right direction daily.

Valid driver’s license is preferred, some local travel/deliveries may be required.
