Resiliency is Our Community’s Middle Name…

At the Englewood Chamber of Commerce, we understand that resilience is the cornerstone of our community’s strength, especially in times of challenge and recovery. Our commitment to fostering community resilience is unwavering, as we stand firmly beside our local business members during these critical recovery efforts. Together, we can navigate the path forward, ensuring that every challenge is viewed as an opportunity for growth and collaboration. It’s in tough times that we see the best in our community.   It takes great strength to overcome and push forward. I am proud to see and be #EnglewoodStrong.

With a forward-thinking mentality, we encourage our members to embrace the hurdles ahead as chances to innovate and connect. The Chamber is here to provide vital resources, assistance, and guidance, ensuring that you feel supported every step of the way.  We still have an active recovery resources page on our website:   EnglewoodChamber.com/Hurricane

We invite all members to engage in initiatives that promote collective progress, as the strength of our community lies in our connections. By participating in these efforts, we not only uplift one another but also pave the way for sustainable economic growth and development in Englewood. Due to the hurricane, we have had to cancel Fun After 5 that was originally scheduled for this Wednesday at The Hesse Team.

Farlow’s on the Water is hosting our networking luncheon on Oct. 16th.  Registration is required because seats are limited.  Join us for Biz@Noon where all members have a chance to win their “Name in Lights”.  At each networking event we give away a week’s ad on our digital sign.

We are happy to announce that this year’s signature event, “Manasota Mystique” will go on as planned at the Boca Bay Pass Club.  “Our Slice of Paradise” organizers have had to pivot on a few things but the evening promises to be “seriously fun business” like everything the Chamber does!  A big shout out to all our sponsors including our “Main Squeeze” Above Board Marine. This is a sold out event, but we do have a waiting list.  (Update-A decision will be made after Milton)

Together, we can build a brighter future, reinforcing the unity that defines our community. Let’s continue to move forward, hand in hand, fostering resilience and supporting one another in every endeavor. We say it and we mean it every day…we are #VocalAboutLocal. The Englewood Chamber of Commerce is more than just a chamber; we are a community, & your success has always been, and will always be our priority.

Stay strong Englewood…we are in this together.

Englewood Chamber is nothing short of outstanding. Events are awsome. I have written business with over 15 local businesses and continue to do so.

I have nothing less than gratitude and respect for the Englewood chamber of Commerce staff and members. They welcomed us with open arms when we moved here and opened our small business. We have since then expanded our business to business communications, vendors, clientele, community involvement and friendships. Who does that? The Englewood Chamber of Commerce does that! Thank you.

Thanks for providing the reminder of your continuing efforts and impact for disaster relief. Many are “back to normal”, more or less, but the Chamber continues to work tirelessly for all. So proud to be a member of the Chamber. You are amazing community leaders.

I’ve lived in many towns up North and involved in many Chambers, but Englewood’s Chamber outdoes them all! The support for the community overall, fun events, and responsiveness to needs and challenges…unparalleled!

Looking forward to the 4th of July in Englewood. The Lemon Bay Sunrise Rotary is doing a great job in making this possible with businesses around Englewood.
