Lock n’ Key Team Wins Chamber Golf Scramble

The 2nd Annual Englewood Chamber Golf Scramble was held July 30th at Long Marsh Golf Club in Rotonda West. Over 130 golfers participated in the competition that represented over 30 Chamber Businesses. The Lock n’ Key foursome won the scramble with a team score of 55. Second place was last year’s winner, Wolverine Aire with a score of 56. Third place was awarded to Tailored Inspections with a score of 59. The shotgun start was at 8:30 following breakfast along with mimosas and bloody marys provided by Suncoast Central Realty and Florida Best Quote. All players received a shirt with all the teams logos courtesy of Custom Mortgage and Erin Halstead, Realtor® with Michael Saunders & Company. A “Potty Putting” challenge was held thanks to Amberjack Sanitation that made for tons of fun photos. A special shout out to Lighthouse Grill, Joe Maxx Coffee, WENG Radio & Xpertech for sponsoring hole stops to refresh the golfers along with some fun and games.
