Fins and Skins Golf Tournament

Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium is hosting a special Live Snook Release, where 1,500 juvenile snook will be introduced back into our local waters, followed by a golf tournament at Lemon Bay Golf Club.

This initiative plays an important role in strengthening our local marine ecosystem. Stocking snook helps support population recovery, enhances biodiversity, and contributes to the long-term health of our coastal waters—benefiting both our environment and the local economy that depends on it. It’s a unique opportunity for the community to come together, support conservation efforts, and witness firsthand the positive impact of marine stewardship.
