Englewood Elementary Student Art Exhibit
Student Artwork to be Unveiled at New South County Courthouse in Venice
A vibrant celebration of creativity and community is set to take place on Tuesday, April 22 at 4:30 PM, as the new South County Courthouse in Venice, Florida, unveils a collection of student artwork from Englewood Elementary School. The unveiling ceremony will be held at the courthouse, located at 4004 S. Tamiami Trail, Venice, FL 34293.
The exhibit, which features work created by 25 talented young artists, is the result of a special initiative launched by Judge Hunter Carroll and AJ Stickley, Esq., of Stickley Law, who serves as Immediate Past President for the South County Division of the Sarasota County Bar Association.
As part of the presidential project, Judge Carroll and Mr. Stickley envisioned a way to incorporate local children’s artwork into the courthouse, bringing color, life, and community spirit into a space of justice and public service.
This meaningful effort was made possible through a collaborative partnership with Judge Hunter Carroll, Tiffany Hammill with Court Administration, as well as the dedicated leadership of the South County Division board members.
Their support and shared vision helped bring this unique initiative to life, transforming the courthouse into a space that reflects the heart of the community it serves.
The Students, Local judges, community leaders, and legal professionals will be in attendance to honor the student artists and celebrate their contributions to this new public space.
“We’re proud to spotlight the imagination and talent of our local youth in a place of such civic importance,” said Stickley. “This project is not only a tribute to their creativity but a reminder of the community we all serve.”
The public is warmly invited to attend this special unveiling ceremony.
