Join EFD for a day of free family fun at their Annual Open House! Come out and meet your local firefighters and learn what equipment they use to fight fires and how they keep our community safe. It’s also the kick off to Fire Prevention Week!
This years campaign is “Smoke Alarms: Make Them Work for You!” Striving the educate everyone about the importance of having working smoke alarms in the home.

SPECIAL ACTIVITIES
11 a.m. — Live side-by-side fire sprinkler burn trailer. Come watch how quickly a small fire can spread and see the difference that a home sprinkler system can make.
12 p.m. — Live fire Attack demonstration. Come watch how water works to coat surfaces during a fire attack.
