Free Lunch and Learn Event and Case Management for Hurricane Unmet Needs

“Before and after the Next Disaster: What You Need to Know”
This informative session presented by ENDEAVOR® of Port Richey will provide critical insights on what to do if another disaster like Hurricanes Idalia, Ian, or Tropical Storm Debby strikes again. Learn valuable strategies and steps to ensure your safety and well-being as well as where to turn for help.
After Lunch:
From 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., Case Managers from ENDEAVORS® will be available for brief, one-on-one sessions. They will help you explore additional resources, such as appealing to FEMA for further assistance or connecting with other recovery organizations. Even if you cannot attend lunch, feel free to stop by during this time to meet with case management. Note: Case management will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Important: If you can bring these documents, it will expedite your case.
• Driver’s license or Identification card or Visa and or Passport.
• FEMA approval letter and FEMA letter allotments.
• Copy of the Deed, lease agreement and or mortgage statement.
• Copy of the utility bill at the time of hurricane Idalia (needs to cover the dates August 15th to the end of August 31st 2023.
• Proof of income, such as paycheck, SSI, SSDI and or SS if applicable.
• Pre disaster pictures of the dwelling and post disaster pictures of the dwelling.
• Insurance for renters and or homeowners. Bring documentation if their insurance has paid any monies to them.
• Additional insurance such as flood insurance documentation and any monies paid out.
