Department of Health Mobile Medical Clinic

The Florida Department of Health Mobile Medical Clinic Bus will be at EPIC Community Resource Center to include health screenings, health education, and vaccines. 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Eligibility requirements are as follows:
-18 years or older
-Without insurance, Medicare or Medicaid
-Meets or is below the maximum annual income threshold
