Focus Group: Charlotte County Health and Needs Assessment

Calling those who live on the Charlotte County side of Englewood!

“Healthy Charlotte County” and the Florida Department of Health in Charlotte County are requesting residents of Charlotte County who are passionate about community health to join a focus group. Please be a part of a discussion to gather insights for future services and make improvements to the community. Participation will only take 30 to 45 minutes of your time. The Florida Department of Health in Charlotte County’s Mission is: To protect, promote & improve the health of all people in Florida through integrated state, county & community efforts.
