EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE Course Description:
When you are surrounded by chaos, anxiety, and complex decisions, do you act, or do you react? This course series not only adds depth to your thoughtful actions, but also unveils unique individualized ways to help you thrive with others in your work and/or personal life in times of confusion, fear, and frustration.
Emotional intelligence is a transformative approach to life that emphasizes the cultivation of self-awareness, empathy, and effective communication skills. This course is designed to equip participants with the essential knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to develop and apply emotional intelligence in various personal, organizational, and community contexts. Through a combination of theoretical frameworks, experiential exercises, and practical applications, participants will embark on a journey of personal growth and development for immediate real-world application.
Foster self-awareness and self-reflection: Explore personal values, strengths, weaknesses, and triggers to develop a deep understanding of oneself.
