It will be inspiring to hear the story of the fight for women’s rights- as told by one of the leaders of the movement. As president of the National American Women’s Suffrage Association, it was Carrie’s work which got the last state to vote and pass the Amendment. Hear the story of her life and times before and after women had the right to vote. Kathryn Chelsey brought to life Bertha Honore Palmer for us last year and as requested by attendees she is back to share this interesting fascinating historic woman.
