Celebrity Softball Game And Concert to Benefit Local Heroes and Their Families

Come one, come all to CoolToday Park, Spring Training Home of the Atlanta Braves for an action-packed day of family fun! You won’t want to miss seeing celebrities battle it out on the softball field!

Atlanta Braves are teaming up with United Way of South Sarasota County to introduce the First Annual Celebrity Softball Game and Concert to Benefit My Warrior’s Place, Local Heroes and Their Families.

The World Series Champions of America’s favorite game will celebrate America’s heroes as we approach Veterans Day 2023 with a fun filled celebrity softball game. The game includes two teams with players from MLB, NFL, NHL; television, movie and radio personalities; music stars and other celebrities. In addition to the celebrities, each team will include local active duty military personnel, military veterans and first responders. Local dignitaries will join in the fun as coaches.

At the conclusion of the game, Country Music star Rodney Atkins will hold a concert on the field.

Celebrity batting practice begins: 2:40pm
Pregame ceremony begins: 3:40pm
Game begins: 4:00 p.m

Rodney Atkins concert will begin after the game.
