Fostering a Great Place to Work: The Shift from Micro-Manager to Coach

Join us in-person on November 1, for an interactive, tool-based workshop led by Hannah McGowan of HM Coaching. The two primary drivers of staff engagement and retention are workplace culture and opportunities for skill development. Attendees will therefore leave this workshop with tangible strategies to build a learning culture that leverages employee strengths, shift from a micro-management/limited delegation management style to a coaching style, and balance high outcome expectations with high levels of support. You’ll leave knowing how to get peak performance from your staff without burning them out (and bonus – more time back in your day-to-day).

Hannah has over 11 years of experience as a talent development professional, counselor, and nonprofit leader. Attendees consistently leave her workshops feeling energized with strategies they can implement immediately to enact positive change.

Who Should Attend:

  • New managers (who are looking for fundamental management tools)
  • Tenured managers (who are looking for a fresh approach)
  • Anyone with a manager (who want tools to help them manage UP)
  • HR staff (who are looking to integrate tools into their training programs and build an approach to workplace culture)
