2 p.m. Science Panel including Florida Fish and Wildlife Research scientist Institute Kate Hubbard, Mote Marine Laboratory Red Tide Institute director Cynthia Heil, Florida Department of Environmental Protection Everglades technical lead Paul Julian, South Florida Water Management District governmental outreach representative Phil Flood and Johnson Engineering water resources director Andy Tilton.

Charlotte County Transit will provide free shuttle bus service between Tringali Park, 3460 N Access Road, Englewood and the Charlotte Harbor Event and Conference Center in Punta Gorda for the Water Quality Summit.
Shuttle buses will depart from the community center at Tringali Park at 12:15 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. Buses will return to Tringali Park following the summit.
