Read with the Dogs

Elsie Quirk Library 100 W. Dearborn St. 941-861-5000. Monday 3:30-4:30 p.m. For ages 5-11. Children are invited to read with certified pet therapy dogs from Suncoast Humane Society. The program encourages conversation and develops reading and communication skills. The dogs love the attention and the kids love the interaction.
