NASA Ambassador Linda McKenna will present an informational slideshow about the upcoming total solar eclipse. On August 21, millions of people in the U.S. will gather along a tiny ribbon less than 100 miles wide to see the eclipse – the complete blocking out of the sun by the Moon which will reveal the solar corona. In Florida, we should be able to see a partial eclipse. The last time this stunning event occurred was on June 8, 1918. All those in attendance will receive a pair of 3-D glasses for viewing the future eclipse.
