Englewood Community Health Action Team ( CHAT )

The CHAT is hosted by the Sarasota County Health Dept. to increase awareness, access and availability of Health Care and Social Services available in both the Charlotte and Sarasota County Englewood area. Goal is to increase community engagement on issues, concerns and programs. The public is welcome to participate in the meeting agenda.. Pascale D.
