Volunteer Appreciation Banquet

Here’s a fact I bet you didn’t know: During the last 12 months, over 20 individuals have volunteered over 3300 hours of service to your Chamber office and Visitor’s Center. These volunteers speak with hundreds of people every week, whether they walk into the Chamber office or call on the phone. If it wasn’t for their relentless efforts, people would not be as informed of the area as they are.

What does this have to do with you?

These volunteers can more effectively recommend visitors to the businesses that they are more familiar with. You will have the opportunity to meet, and interact with them at the annual Volunteer Banquet to be held on Thursday (April 23rd) at Gulf View Grill.

Choice of:

• Grilled 6 oz. Fillet of Sirloin with Béarnaise sauce, Garlic Mashed Potato, and Mixed Veggies
• Baked Seafood Neptune: Bay Scallops, Shrimp, Mild White Fish served with a King Crab Ritz Cracker Crumb Sauce, served with Rice and Mixed Veggies
• Chicken Marsala served with Garlic mashed potato and Mixed Veggies

Tiramisu for dessert

Beverages: Two tickets that they can use for Coffee, Ice tea, Soda, Beer or Wine

Sponsorship Opportunities

• Option #1 – $30 … you can sponsor a volunteer and buy their dinner (please select a regular $30 ticket and set the Entrée choice to “Sponsor a Plate for a Volunteer” – DO NOT choose a “Volunteer Ticket”).
• Option #2 – $50 … you can attend the dinner and have your business listed in the program.
• Option #3 – $100 … you can attend the dinner and have your business listed in the program as well as in the email announcements due to be released on Thursday (April 24th) and Tuesday (April 29th).
• Option #4 – $150 … same as #3 and also includes your business logo included in the email announcement. You will also have the opportunity to stand up at the dinner, in front of everyone, to give a brief introduction of your business.
