Energy Upgrade Workshop

Sarasota County Sustainability provides this informative workshop to help you save money and energy.

During this 1-hour workshop we’ll discuss cost saving strategies for residents ranging from no-cost solutions to those that require some investment like replacing an air conditioning system. We’ll also cover considerations in selecting contractors, do it yourself opportunities and possible incentives that might be available.

Attendees will receive a free Do It Yourself Energy Saving Kit (one per household) worth up to $30 that includes compact fluorescent light bulbs, faucet aerators, a smart power strip, rope caulk and outlet insulating gaskets.
