Open Studios at the Hermitage
Local artists Erik Groff and Erica Groff and Sarasota artist Michael Wyshock and his wife, jewelry designer Kate Wyshock will open their studios to the public from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, during the Hermitage’s Annual Family Weeks Residency. Works will include an interactive installation, paintings, video and decorative items made from objects found at the Hermitage Beach. The program is free and located on the Hermitage campus not on the beach. Parking is available at Blind Pass Beach and across the street from the Hermitage. These artists are on campus with their families thanks to a grant from the Sustainable Arts Foundation, a non-profit organization which supports artists and writers with families.
